The European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT)
speaks on behalf of 25 national organizations from 40 European countries and
beyond, and 45 training institutes with accredited training program. EAGT was
founded in 1985 with the aim of promoting Gestalt therapy and Organizational
Gestalt in Europe and abroad, pooling and sharing knowledge and resources,
promoting a high professional standard for Gestalt approach and supporting
research.

 

 

 

EAGT is
searching for a new Office Assistant

We are seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Office Assistant
for our dynamic international non-profit organization that you can learn
more about at www.eagt.org.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, with developed
organizational and communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to a
virtual, multicultural work environment.

 

EAGT Office
is providing the following activities:

¾
Handling certification of Gestalt therapists and
Gestalt practitioners in organizations as by training standards in
collaboration with the elected officials of EAGT,

¾
Invoicing membership fees, accreditation fees
and others using Dutch bookkeeping system SnelStart,

¾
Administering common document storage in
o365, based on self-service of the officials of EAGT,

¾
Supporting EAGT bodies in using SharePoint and
performing their duties,

¾
Arranging meetings of members (GMM) and General
Board meetings on site and online,

¾
Administering webpage www.eagt.org running
on WordPress and Elementor,

¾
Sending monthly newsletters,

¾
And many more …

EAGT Office
is currently:

¾
Office Manager in the Netherlands,
administration expert and certification expert, reports to the Executive Committee
of EAGT,

¾
IT consultant, o365, web and support financing
process, certification process, reports to the Office Manager.

The Assistant will be executing support to the whole Office
and will be reporting to the Office Manager.

We are
looking for a person who:

¾
has Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business
administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience),

¾
has experience in office administration,
financial work, web work,

¾
is fluent in written and spoken English,

¾
is willing to work as a mentor for the officials
of EAGT,

¾
can travel 1-3 times a year to assist in
meetings of members (GMM), Executive Committee meetings
and General Board meetings,

¾
has skills that are complementary
to the rest of Office staff.
