While starting his career in traditional management consultancy and managerial positions, today Julius works as a leadership facilitator and coach. He is enthusiastic about Gestalt for more than ten years now. Personality growth and organizational evolution have always been Julius guiding themes. His way of working has been formed and informed by his long and still continuing investigation and application of humanistic consulting concepts like Gestalt and bodywork as well as by the experience he gained in leadership positions in VUCA industries. Julius is excited to supporting humans and organisations to grow – not based on pre-defined concepts but based on dialogue and co-creation to find out what they specifically need and what they want to achieve
