While starting his career in traditional management consultancy and managerial positions, today Julius works as a leadership facilitator and coach. He is enthusiastic about Gestalt for more than ten years now. Personality growth and organizational evolution have always been Julius guiding themes. His way of working has been formed and informed by his long and still continuing investigation and application of humanistic consulting concepts like Gestalt and bodywork as well as by the experience he gained in leadership positions in VUCA industries. Liviu Almajan
is Gestalt Practitioner in Organisations and an experienced manager in an executive role at a global corporation. He has held a variety of management and leadership positions in fields like production, engineering, quality, and project management during the past fifteen years. He has effectively contributed to the development of teams, strategies, and visions that ensure the growth of people and the company by utilising Gestalt ideas, concepts, and principles.Committed to achieving perfection on a personal and team level, he aims to realise each person’s full potential by utilising Gestalt theory and practise.

Aline Giordano
is a Gestalt coach, facilitator and trainer. In addition to her coaching work, Aline specialises in the design and delivery of projects centred around wellbeing and inclusion in organisations. She uses music and sounds in her practice – whether with one-to-one clients or Senior Leadership Teams in organisations – to help us notice shifts in ourselves and our relation with the world. Her practice is grounded in Relational Organisational Gestalt (ROG) theory and practice and the phenomenology of listening. Aline is the author of ‘THE CURE: separation, loss and song parody’, published in the British Gestalt Journal (2023). She is a ROG Associate Faculty member at Relational Change.

Sandra Čanić
Sandra enjoys supporting individuals and organisations in their growth and development, with Gestalt at the heart of her approach. As organisational psychologist and manager she spent more than 15 years in Human Resources field in international environment (pharmaceutical, cement production and hospitality sectors) before fully devoting to her private practice, based in Split, Croatia in 2020. Todays she works as psychotherapist, coach, supervisor and trainer. She is running the first program for Gestalt practitioners in Croatia as well as Gestalt psychotherapy educational group in Split.
