Unfolding Relational Meaning in the Moment-to-Moment of Therapy
Ruella Frank, PhD, is a Gestalt psychotherapist, trainer, and international lecturer known for integrating body process with relational Gestalt therapy. She developed Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, exploring how early movement patterns shape emotional and relational life. She is founder and director of the Center for Somatic Studies, a Fellow of the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy, and teaches widely across the United States, Europe, Eurasia, Mexico, South America, and Canada. She is the author of The First Year and the Rest of Your Life and Body of Awareness. Her work bridges developmental psychology, somatic awareness, and Gestalt therapeutic practice internationally.
