The European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT)
speaks on behalf of 25 national organizations from 40 European countries and
beyond, and 45 training institutes with accredited training program. EAGT was
founded in 1985 with the aim of promoting Gestalt therapy and Organizational
Gestalt in Europe and abroad, pooling and sharing knowledge and resources,
promoting a high professional standard for Gestalt approach and supporting
research.<\/span><\/p>

EAGT is
searching for a new Office Assistant<\/span><\/b><\/p>

We are seeking a well-organized and self-motivated Office Assistant
for our dynamic international non-profit organization\u00a0that you can learn
more about at\u00a0www.eagt.org<\/a>.<\/p>

The ideal candidate should be\u00a0proactive, with developed
organizational and communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to a
virtual, multicultural work environment.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

EAGT Office
is providing the following activities:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Handling certification of Gestalt therapists and
Gestalt practitioners in organizations as by training standards in
collaboration with the elected officials of EAGT,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Invoicing membership fees, accreditation fees
and others using Dutch bookkeeping system SnelStart,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Administering\u00a0common document storage in
o365, based on self-service of the officials of EAGT,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Supporting EAGT bodies in using SharePoint and
performing their duties,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Arranging meetings of members (GMM) and General
Board\u00a0meetings on site and online,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Administering webpage\u00a0www.eagt.org<\/a>\u00a0running
on WordPress and Elementor,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Sending monthly newsletters,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>And many more\u00a0…<\/p>

EAGT Office
is currently:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>Office Manager in the Netherlands,
administration expert and certification expert, reports to the Executive Committee
of EAGT,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>IT consultant, o365, web and support financing
process, certification process, reports to the Office Manager.<\/p>

The Assistant will be executing support to the whole Office
and\u00a0will be\u00a0reporting\u00a0to the Office Manager.<\/p>

We are
looking for a person who:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>has Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in business
administration, office management, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience),<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>has experience in\u00a0office\u00a0administration,
financial work, web work,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>is fluent\u00a0in written and spoken English,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>is willing to work as a mentor for the officials
of EAGT,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>can travel 1-3 times a year to assist in
meetings of members (GMM),\u00a0Executive Committee\u00a0meetings
and\u00a0General Board meetings,<\/p>

\u00be
<\/span><\/span>has\u00a0skills that are complementary
to\u00a0the\u00a0rest of Office\u00a0staff.<\/p>
