In addition to her coaching work, Aline specialises in the design and delivery of projects centred around wellbeing and inclusion in organisations. She uses music and sounds in her practice \u2013 whether with one-to-one clients or Senior Leadership Teams in organisations \u2013 to help us notice shifts in ourselves and our relation with the world. Her practice is grounded in Relational Organisational Gestalt (ROG) theory and practice and the phenomenology of listening. Aline is the author of \u2018THE CURE: separation, loss and song parody\u2019, published in the British Gestalt Journal (2023).
