The TIC is a forum for communication among EAGT accredited Training Institutes and between them and the EAGT, in order to support the development of gestalt therapy and to create ground for the development of the gestalt community in Europe. It also provides a stable and ongoing environment for dialogue, collaboration, support and reflection on the development of gestalt education. <\/p>\n

To support our work we orient towards a number of ethical principles:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To contribute to EAGT\u2019s mission through regular dialogue between TIC and other EAGT bodies.<\/li>\n
  2. To value and protect our differences: TIC does not entail an obligation that we think similarly or run the same programmes or research.<\/li>\n
  3. To foster an atmosphere of curiosity, respect and openness toward diversity.<\/li>\n
  4. To strive for mutual respect, self-regulation and growth.<\/li>\n
  5. To make sure each member works for the common good of TIC and EAGT and not from personal interest.<\/li>\n
  6. To share out TIC duties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Every Accredited Gestalt Therapy Training Institute is a member of TIC. The guidelines and procedures are published in the training standard committee page.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Aims<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    1. to encourage communication among Institutes; to share experiences of national\/local regulations, challenges, teaching programs, clinical practice, research and development of the Gestalt community.<\/li>
    2. to facilitate communication and understanding between EAGT committees and the TIC, in both directions, and to discuss emerging issues.<\/li>
    3. to encourage co-operation among institutes around research, the development of the training programmes, the exchange and sharing of knowledge (e.g. by organising conferences, summer schools, workshops)<\/li>
    4. to enable students from different institutes to collaborate and exchange ideas for their studies, assignments and research work.<\/li>
    5. to support international exchanges of trainers.<\/li>
    6. to address issues raised by TIC members and of shared concern to TIC and EAGT.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
