The Articles of Association (or Statutes) were created at time of registration. Statutes set out the status and governing principles of EAGT under Dutch law, and can only be changed via an application to the Dutch authorities. Statutes set out:<\/p><ul><li>the \u2018objects\u2019 (i.e. purpose) of the organisation<\/li><li>details of eligibility for membership of EAGT and the rights\/duties of members<\/li><li>Details of EAGT\u2019s democratic governance via the General Meeting of Members (GMM) and responsibilities delegated to the Executive Committee.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p><strong>\u00a0Download\u00a0\u00a0Statutes\u00a0 below<\/strong><\/p><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-186b034 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"186b034\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>EAGT Bylaws are rules governing the internal affairs of EAGT. They cover the responsibilities of committees within the EAGT governance structure, and responsibilities of key roles such as committee chairs. Additionally they include procedure for nominating and electing candidates for roles within EAGT. Bylaws also cover financial procedure and advertising policy.
