Sandra enjoys supporting individuals and organisations in their growth and development, with Gestalt at the heart of her approach. As organisational psychologist and manager she spent more than 15 years in Human Resources field in international environment (pharmaceutical, cement production and hospitality sectors) before fully devoting to her private practice, based in Split, Croatia in 2020.
