The General Board is the governing board of EAGT. The board consists of the\u00a0members of the Executive Committee and all chairs of committees and\u00a0chambers. The NOGT chamber has three representatives in the General Board.\u00a0This is for one year, beginning March 2025 and must be evaluated.<\/p>

  • The General Board leads the policy of EAGT and follows the aims of the\u00a0Association and the decisions of the Meeting of the Members. It gives the\u00a0Executive Committee guidelines for executing EAGT\u2019s policy.<\/li>
  • The General Board meetings is convened if the interest of the association so\u00a0demand (at least once per year), or if one third of its members demands\u00a0convening in writing, indicating the purpose thereof and reasons.<\/li>
  • The General Board is chaired by the President and in her\/his absence by the\u00a0Vice-President or by an EC member.<\/li>
  • The General Board adopts its resolutions by consent of the members\u00a0present. Resolutions can only be made if at least 50% of GB members are\u00a0present.\u00a0 Voting, if needed, can be by way of a simple majority.<\/li>
  • The General Board devises its own rules of procedure.<\/li>
  • General Board members are full members of EAGT.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
