A vivid international community of Gestalt Practitioners in Organisations<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a vivid international community of Organisational Gestalt Practitioners coming together from businesses and the community. We are organisational development and change consultants, business leaders, entrepreneurs, executive coaches, managers, trainers, supervisors and group facilitators. We are known as Gestalt Practitioners in Organisations (GPOs).<\/p>\n

We care about organisational transformation, change management and personal growth. The humanistic and holistic gestalt approach puts emphasis on connectedness and mutual understanding as well as supporting human and system resilience and creativity, through better dialogue and inclusion. We work at system level and with individuals.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to support the development of Organisational Gestalt, celebrate and grow our GPO community, showcase the breadth and depth of our work, and promote GPO education programmes. We achieve our goal by building strong connections and engaging with our community and beyond, online and in-person.<\/p>\n
