Peter Schulthess is a gestaltpsychotherapist, working in his own practice for psychotherapy, supervision and coaching in Zürich since 1975. He has an university degree equal to a master of Science. He studied Educational Science, Psychology and Philosophy.

He is a member of the Swiss Association for Psychotherapy (SPV-ASP) and a holder of an ECP. For EAP he is a member of the pool of international experts, visiting training institutes that want to be accredited by EAP. He is a member of the Swiss Association for Psychotherapy (SPV-ASP) and a holder of an ECP. As president of the Swiss Charter for Psychotherapy (www.psychotherapiecharta.ch) he chairs an organisation that unifies over thirty institutes and professional associations from different psychotherapy approaches. He teaches in Zürich and Germany for the Institute for Integrative Gestalttherapy Würzburg (IGW); in Athens as well in Thessaloniki for the Greek Gestaltfoundation. He also is engaged as a politician: He is a member of the parliament of the Canton Zürich for the social-democratic party and cares for health- and social politics."

 


 

Bas Lokerse – Vice President, Treasurer & Chair of GPO ( bas@jera.nl )

 

Bas has been treasurer of EAGT since 1995, with a break of two years. Bas received his Gestalt training from the Noord Nederlandse Gestalt Organisatie, which he began in 1992 and finished in 1995. In those days it was a three-year training. His Gestalt education was very important to him because he learned there the value, to integrate sense and reason and bring them into balance with each other” Bas is self-employed and guides people in developing. On the one hand he uses the supervision method and on the other hand he uses the Gestalt method. He has merged both methodologies into the field theory. Bas is a licensed and registered supervisor at the LSVB (Landelijke Vereniging voor Supervisie & andere Begeleidingsvormen) and as a career developer at the CMI (Career Management Institute.) The tasks of Bas within the committee move between: • supporting the purpose of the EAGT and that what the activities bring along with them • helping to access the available resources. Both of these issues are interdependent and require a balance of attention. Bas frequently mediates, occasionally slows down, always take care and sometimes rejects what comes his way. Besides that, he intervenes within the EAGT.

 


 

Jelena Želeskov Djoric – External relations / NOGTs officer

She is born 1979, married and has one child. She graduated in Psychology at the University of Nis in 2003, as the best student of the University for  the year 2003. Jelena received her training in Gestalt therapy from the Gestalt Studio Belgrade, which she started in 2003 and finished in 2008. Also, in 2003 she started her Master studies in Psychotherapy at the University of Novi Sad and finished it in 2006. Now she is working on her PhD thesis at the University of Belgrade. She has been working as a psychotherapist in her private practice since 2005 with individuals and couples. From 2006-2007 she was involved in psychotherapy groups at an Institute for mental health in Belgrade, where she was working with neurotic, affective disorders and psychotic patients. Also, from 2003 she has been researcher at the Ministry of Science, Republic of Serbia and working on their projects. Besides that, she has been a researcher of Peak Learning California since 2005 until now. In October 2008 she has been started to work as an assistant for experiential groups, personality psychology, psychotherapy and counseling, clinical psychology and psychodiagnostic at the Department of Psychology and Psychotherapy, University of Singidunum and University Sigmund Freud Vienna. She is a member of American Psychology Association (APA) and Serbian Association for Psychotherapy. She has authored articles in fields of psychology and psychiatry.  She lives and works in Belgrade.

 


 

Ester Neumanova – Secretary ( ester.neuman@centrum.cz )

 

Ester works and lives in Prague. She is a director and a trainer in the Institute for Gestalt therapy in Prague. Ester was originally trained as a pedagogue later as a psychologist. She finished her training in Gestalt therapy in 1998. Since 1999 she has been in her private practice as a Gestalt therapist. She works with individuals, couples and groups. She joined the Executive committee in 2001, first as an officer for East European countries and currently as the secretary of EAGT.

 

 

 

 


 

Gianni Francesetti - Chair of Training Standards Committee

psychiatrist, Gestalt psychotherapist, teaches on the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Programs of the Istituto di Gestalt H.C.C. and of Scuola di Gestalt di Torino.

He is the chair of the Training Standards Committee and of the Executive Board of EAGT, a member of the Pool of Experts of the EAP, President of the Italian NOGT (SIPG, Italian Gestalt Psychotherapy Association), a member of the Executive Board of the Italian NAO (FIAP, Italian Federation of Psychotherapy Associations) and a member of the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy . He is on the editorial board of Quaderni di Gestalt and of Studies in Gestalt Therapy. Dialogical bridges. He has authored articles, chapters, and books in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy. He lives and works in Turin as psychiatrist, psychotherapist and supervisor.
